Three changes the 0.32 apps need. Merging is not a deploy; the production relay waits for the owner.

Descriptor switches (8ebf83f). Main serves the wave 0b routes (intro, handle-cert, anon reads, contact links, discoverable) and advertised none. Both 0.32 apps turn those features on only when features.introductions, anonymousReads, contactLinks and unlisted are true, so against main they stayed at 0.31 behaviour. All four are now true; webSearch stays absent (no route).
Contact links open the app (30a987d). GET /add is one page for every link (the payload is in the fragment, which no browser sends); add.js points "Open in the app" at the flamenet: form. /.well-known/apple-app-site-association (M5923Y84P5.net.flamenet.messenger, /add*) and /.well-known/assetlinks.json (io.flamenet.messenger, the Messenger release certificate's public SHA-256).
Pin flamenet-e2e 50fcc99 (b394ee2), e2e!66: the 0.32 SPEC and §7 with the post-quantum identities. spec.leaf regenerated; the other pages unchanged.

Local: swift test 860 swift-testing + 61 XCTest green; test/relay.mjs at 50fcc99 266 passed, 0 failed, 2 skipped; check-doc-pages 9 match; check-configuration-doc 91 documented. Tests first: the descriptor test and ContactLinkPageTests were red, then green.

Proven with both 0.32 apps against a local build of this branch on 127.0.0.1:18810: sealed first contact, contact links both ways, Unlisted lookups, padding, device linking.
