Android half of ios#30. Spec flamenet-e2e!14 (§6.20); pairs with flamenet-messenger-ios!58.

sre carries the story id and nothing else — sending a copy back would resurrect content the author's own timer removed.

Content.text returns raw bytes when it has nothing to carry, so storyReplyId had to join that condition. Left out, a reply with no message id and no quote goes out as plain text with the reference silently dropped — on exactly the path a story reply takes. Test covers it.

Disclosure before the first reply. Nothing automatic is sent when a story is opened.

8 engine unit tests. PARITY.md updated.
