Follow-up to flamenet-messenger-android!126.

A private reaction was labelled private on both sides, which tells each person the least useful thing. The chip now reads:

  • only them for the person who sent it, who wants to know it went to one person
  • only you for the author, who wants to know the group was not told

Verified: PrivateReactionSendTest 5/5, compile clean, ktlint count identical to main.
