Lines up with iOS 0.12.0.

versionCode 13 to 14: it only ever goes up, and it is the only thing that tells a device this APK is newer.

Release notes landed on the relay first (relay!120), which is where the gate lives — release-manifest.sh refuses a version /releases does not mention.

Signed with the published certificate, verified before publishing: CN=Flamenet Messenger, SHA-256 791fc826d572a70abfaf7db7fa7784dad0f86f204bb313f0d75ee676df8d3a1d, identical to the one on 0.11. An update installs over an existing install rather than being refused.

Tests: 1235, 0 failures.
