The engine spec gained thirteen sections — editing a sent message, forwarding,
per-message timers, mentions, pinning, the six story sections, reporting,
signed device wipes and screenshot notices. The published page is generated
from it and pins the source hash, so it has to move with it.

Generated by Scripts/build-doc-pages.sh; no hand edits.
Supersedes the per-section regeneration MRs !16, !17, !19, !20, !22 and !23.
