Moves the flamenet-e2e pin from a183a4f to 5225607, the merge of extant2000/flamenet-e2e!61.

That e2e change only points links at the extant2000 group (six files, URLs only), so the conformance suite needs no source change here. Per .e2e-ref.md, the bump and the regenerated pages land together:

  • .e2e-ref now names 5225607.
  • spec, audit, self-hosting and engine pages are regenerated with Scripts/build-doc-pages.sh. The 13 remaining gitlab.com/paulhitt/flamenet-* links on those pages become gitlab.com/extant2000/flamenet-*.
  • python3 Scripts/check-doc-pages.py --engine <e2e at 5225607> reports all 9 generated pages match their sources.

Deploying these pages to the relay is a separate step.
