Moves .e2e-ref to 4e3f31d, which carries two new sections the spec
page does not serve yet: §6.27 saying screenshot notices are iPhone only
in both directions, and §6.28 saying what off the record filters on each
client and which two things it deliberately keeps.

Only spec.leaf changes. The other eight generated pages are unchanged at
the new pin.
