Adding the 0.13 release notes left /get advertising 0.12 and describing
what the build before it did. Somebody deciding whether to install was
reading a stale number and a stale reason.

Caught by the test that exists for exactly this: it reads the newest
Android release out of releases.json and holds every "Version 0.x" the
page states against it, so the two cannot drift without saying so.
