The FLOSS/fund directory listed the flamenet-messenger project's repository
link as unverified: sharing codeberg.org with the manifest proves nothing,
because anyone can serve a manifest from codeberg.org. The spec's own example
is a file committed inside the repository it vouches for.

This file names the manifest, which lives in flamenet-e2e and lists this
repository as the flamenet-messenger project. One line, mirrored to Codeberg
with the rest of the tree.
