Emoji markers, markdown bold inside code comments, and em-dashes are
gone from source comments, string literals, scripts, project.yml and
the markdown docs. Counted before and after:

emoji markers 2539 -> 1 (the emoji picker's own list, which is the feature)
em-dashes 2834 -> 15 (table placeholders and fenced code)

Nothing about behaviour changed. The diff over Sources/ is comments and
string literals only, checked by filtering the diff for anything else,
and the unit suite passes before and after: 764 XCTest and 55 Swift
Testing.

CONTRIBUTING gets a four-line rule so it does not grow back.
