Android half of ios#56. Spec flamenet-e2e!19 (§6.25); needs flamenet-relay!24 for the endpoint; pairs with flamenet-messenger-ios!65.
A report is the one thing this app sends that the server can read. The dialog states that before sending — what leaves the device, who can read it, that it cannot be undone — and declining to include a copy is offered, with the consequence named.
Sends only what it is passed — no surrounding conversation, which §6.25 forbids.
Blocking and reporting are never merged: blocking is immediate and the reporter's own; a report is a request to somebody else.
Reasons enumerated to match the relay, with a test asserting the lists are equal. CSAM is its own reason.
4 unit tests. PARITY.md updated.
