Android half of ios#53. Spec flamenet-e2e!17 (§6.23); pairs with flamenet-messenger-ios!63.

One envelope per item, not an array — the array fails the single-att guard on older builds and renders the set as a conversation message.

setExpiry takes the earliest stamp, so a sender writing different ones cannot outlive part of its own set. A zero means "never" and is skipped, not read as "expires at the epoch".

groupedStories renders what arrived; stories with no set are keyed so two cannot collide into one group.

The set is persisted — without it a relaunch scatters every sequence.

10 engine unit tests. PARITY.md updated.
