Android half of ios#33. Pairs with flamenet-messenger-ios!57.

  • Muted set in the vault, beside the audience list — social-graph metadata, not shared preferences.
  • Filter runs on the way out of stories(), after saveStories: a muted contact's stories are still received and stored, so unmuting does not show an empty strip.
  • Vault.visibleStories never drops the signed-in user, even if their id is in the set from a restored backup.
  • Long press on a story bubble to hide or restore.

7 engine unit tests. PARITY.md updated.
