The version bump behind the APK that has been live since this morning, so main matches what people are actually downloading.

Published and verified end to end before this MR: signing certificate 791fc826… unchanged (checked from the keystore, from the artifact, and from the downloaded file — a different key would be uninstallable for everyone on 0.6), APK published before the manifest, and the manifest sha matching what the site actually serves. versionCode 7.

Also carries a driver comment fix: newDevice still claimed the Kotlin engine has no ML-KEM.
