Bridges before sign-in, up to 8 lines with sequential failover (including IP-literal servers), no direct fallback, accounts host routed through the bridge, offers validated (gid, size, type). Nothing goes around a saved bridge: link previews, calls and wallet are off while one is saved; the update check goes through it. Held to bridge-offer-v1.json; .e2e-ref 4b850007.

Spanish: 854 UI strings moved to resources; values-es is a DRAFT, needs native review (doc 74).
