0.32 parts 1 and 2 (doc 61, Combined ordering rows 2 and 3): padding 1.2, pairs 2-B, A1 to A4, C2, C3, D2, B2 and B3. Rebased on main 55801af (!160's reactions, edits, pins, reply quote, poll refresh, block drop and failed-send states kept; one block list, the blocked/ register). Not a release: no APK publish.

Proven against iOS release/0.32.0 on a local relay built from relay!184 (see the iOS MR for the matrix). Safety numbers now match: both screens 352445370686064423304699249898577262034854528430239018035372.

Fixes found on the pair, each test first: one-time links on every relay; anonymous reads from the first send; a fresh install pins the relay key on first sight (introductions were refused); numeric linking shows the offer at once and fetches the account's state; two writes of one vault record crashed the app; a kept handle certificate from another account was carried; another account on the same install inherited the vault (the last two are also in !161 for main); the safety number covers both post-quantum identities and the answering side pins ik_pq once (SPEC §7, e2e!66); verified app links for relay.flamenet.io and relay1.flamenet.io (relay!184 serves assetlinks.json). Tests that queued exact MockWebServer answers now answer the descriptor outside the queue.

Local, vectors at flamenet-e2e 50fcc99: engine 759, client 573 (30 live skipped), obfs4 75 (lyrebird interop 3/3), app debug 393, app release 352, 0 failures; interop-swift-kotlin 77 passed.
