The pin was nine commits behind, all of them spec. flamenet-e2e gained the text for what 0.18 shipped:

off the record, anonymous polls, handing a call to another device
the private-reaction flag and the call-reaction kind
a call answered on one device stopping the others

plus the harness fix that reads a page's stylesheet href instead of naming the file.

No protocol change is being accepted

docs/SPEC.md is the only file that moved in that range: 191 insertions, and no vector changed. Step 2 of .e2e-ref.md (cp <e2e>/test/vectors/*.json) produced no diff, which is the check that matters. The app was already implementing these features against a spec that had not yet described them; this catches the text up.

The two ends move in step per .e2e-ref.md: paulhitt/flamenetmessenger and paulhitt/flamenet-messenger-android are both going from 588929c to d01cd0b.

The vectors-head advisory job should go green again once this lands.
