The launcher icon fits inside a round mask
The adaptive-icon foreground was sized so the mark was 69 percent of the canvas wide, against a safe zone of 72 of 108. That reads as a fit and is not one: the safe zone is a CIRCLE, so what has to fit is the mark's diagonal, which came to 86 of 108. A launcher with a round mask cut the flame off at both ends, which is the thing the comment in ic_launcher.xml says must not happen. The mark is also the whole emblem now rather than a crop that sheared the arc at both sides before it ever reached a mask. Regenerated by the relay repository's Scripts/make-brand-assets.py, which now measures the diagonal; every density comes out between 65 and 66 of 108.
