The §18 table said Android has no encrypted backups. It has had export and import in Settings since 2026-08-28 (6a0f642 in flamenet-messenger-android): HistoryBackupSection -> MessengerViewModel.exportHistory / importHistory -> the engine's Backup.create / Backup.open, with BackupVectorTest checking the engine against test/vectors/backup-v1.json from this repository.
