Run 234 (e630890, both attempts) and run 246 (28dcdd9) on ci/gitea-cutover.

  1. swift job: all 902 swift-testing tests passed on amd64 (6 Postgres-only skipped). The job then failed at the node step: the swift:6.1-noble image has no curl or xz. Fixed in 28dcdd9 (apt-get install curl ca-certificates xz-utils before the nodejs.org download).
  2. checks job, doc pages: relay.leaf is generated from README.md, and the cutover commit had added a deploy section to README.md. The deploy note moved to deploy/README.md (93d0986); README.md is back to the glitchtip branch's text. Local check at the e2e pin 310c315: 9 generated pages match their sources.
  3. e2e pin: 310c315 was only in a local worktree; branch docs/outbound-connections-listed is now pushed to extant2000/flamenet-e2e on Gitea, and CI fetches it from there.

Closing when the PR run is green.

Done, checked in the 2026-10-16 issue cleanup. PR 249 run 390 (da7df5f) went green on 2026-10-13, it merged as 8485339 on 2026-10-14, and 11 of the last 12 runs on main passed.
