Regenerate doc pages with Scripts/build-doc-pages.sh

hosting.leaf and relay.leaf get the new source hashes (their HTML is
unchanged). The pages generated from flamenet-e2e follow the pinned
.e2e-ref, which still carries the old gitlab.com/paulhitt links; they move
when the pin is bumped past flamenet-e2e!61. The old links redirect.
