Move the e2e pin to the commit the pages were built from

The doc-pages job clones flamenet-e2e at .e2e-ref and checks every
generated leaf against that source. Scripts/build-doc-pages.sh reads a
sibling checkout instead, so building the self-hosting page from a
newer SELF-HOSTING.md than the pin left CI comparing the page against
the old markdown and failing on a hash it could not reconcile.

The page itself is right and is what production serves; the pin was
the half that did not move. Verified by cloning e2e at the new pin and
running check-doc-pages.py the way the job does: 9 pages match.
