Pin flamenet-e2e e5c9cb8: the star test accepts kept_on_device

e2e!65 lets the relay test accept 409 kept_on_device for star and archive,
which pairs stage 2-A returns. Only a test changed in e2e, so the
generated pages are unchanged (check-doc-pages: 9 match).
