The picker shows each pack under `stickers/` as its own section: the core pack first, then FlameNet's 24 drawings (`flamenet.retro`). A sticker draws its image when it has one, its glyph when it has none or the image will not load, and its pack's fallback when this build does not know the id. A pack this build does not ship draws the core fallback, as docs/STICKERS.md describes. `Resources/stickers` is now a folder in the bundle, not a group, so each pack's PNGs sit in a folder named for the pack and two drawings with the same file name cannot collide at the bundle root. The SVG sources and the render script are in `Art/stickers/`; the PNGs are the bytes the Android app ships. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
FlameNet sticker pack flamenet.retro: 24 original drawings in svg/, rendered to the 288x288 transparent PNGs the app ships in Resources/stickers/flamenet.retro/, in the picker order of Resources/stickers/flamenet.retro.json. The Android app ships the same PNG bytes.
To re-render after editing an SVG, run this from this folder with Node 22 or later: MANIFEST=../../Resources/stickers/flamenet.retro.json OUT=../../Resources/stickers/flamenet.retro PW_DIR=<folder with node_modules/playwright-core> CHROME=<Chromium binary> node render.mjs. It also writes two contact sheets here, which are not shipped.
