DESIGN 1a: every manifest under assets/stickers is a pack, the glyph set first and then flamenet.retro, and the picker shows them as sections. A sticker draws as its picture, then its glyph, then its pack's fallback, and a pack this build lacks draws as the core fallback. A manifest's image may only name a file in its own folder. Sending passes the pack that was picked instead of always the core one. The 24 retro PNGs and their manifest are the ART agent's output, byte for byte the files in the iOS worktree.
