Two things a person could do by accident.
Swiping out of Recents hung up a live call. The `onTaskRemoved` that did
it was written when removing the task took the service with it, so the
call was over regardless and the envelope only saved the far end a few
seconds of talking to nobody. `stopWithTask="false"` is what keeps this
phone reachable, and it means the service now survives the swipe -- so
the call survived it too, and killing it there dropped a call for no
visible reason from a gesture nobody associates with hanging up. The
teardown that really is a teardown still tells the far end.
Erasing an unreadable vault was one tap on a screen the app can reach by
itself at launch, and it deletes every message this phone holds with no
way back. Keys that will not open here are not worthless: the device they
came from still opens them. Behind a confirmation now, as on iOS.
The test that pinned the old hang-up behaviour is rewritten to pin the
new one from both sides.
